Yes there are a couple of options available if you won't have access to power. We will need some information about your event to let you know which option(s) will be most suitable. Keep in mind that there are time constrictions of around 2 hours when using batteries and smaller generators.

Unless it’s for a wedding ceremony then no, you don’t need to choose them. Intuitively, we are very confident in choosing the right song for each moment. Alternatively, you are welcome to ask us to send you our set list and choose songs for us to play or even not play.

Sydney Acoustic Duo are highly accomplished and seasoned musicians who have performed at hundreds events including over 500 weddings. All of the other duos on our website are all accomplished and experienced performers who meet Sydney Acoustic Duos exceptionally high standards and almost all of them also have a Bachelor in Music.

Duos on our website are based all over Sydney but also travel to perform at plenty of events outside of Sydney and even Interstate. Providing that accommodation, flights and extra costs are taken care of, most of our duos can perform all over Australia.

Yes you can! It's quite common with weddings and private functions that you may want to request a song or more depending on the duo. As long as at least one months notice is given, then just let us know what the request is and in almost all cases we can learn them for you.

For bookings 3 hours or longer in duration, we request that food and drinks (non alcoholic) be provided for our duos as it can be difficult to take a long enough break to go and buy food somewhere.

In most cases a phone or Skype conversation covers everything we need to know. If there are very specific run times like there are in weddings then it's very important that we have a run sheet that shows exactly when we need to be playing. If you would still rather have a meeting with us face to face then we try our best to fit it in with our schedules as long as you have confirmed your booking with a paid deposit and it is at a location near us.
